In the bedroom, a small investment in a bed of lighter wood and a white lacquered nightstand, besides the lovely linens in earth tones, give the entire room a lighter feel. The new curtains, fabrics and original wall ornaments round out the new and much more organic look.

Another area in which our stylist achieved a substantial change without major work is the bathroom. New curtains with turquoise blue designs and a modern painting in the same color palette, as well as the simple bathroom accessories, give this retro bathroom a more youthful air.

But if there’s one space that wins the biggest in terms of before and after improvements, it’s the terrace. Thanks to Lodging Management, it’s gone from being a practically unused space in which a table and chairs were totally lost, to an outdoor lounge, one of the major attractions for everyone that sees the apartment. Modern wooden pallets have been covered with comfortable sofas in grey tones, and set around a table also made of pallets. At the far end, the width of the terrace accommodates another table and chairs for dining, all in white, that fill the space and invite you to sit and enjoy the Barcelona sky and the Mediterranean climate at any time of day or night.
