Certain that respecting our environment is the only path forward, we have retained this certification over the years and have just renewed it for another year.

Conscious of the fact that Barcelona is a densely populated city and that it is crucial to respect the residents of the city, Lodging Management’s tourism apartment management also believes we must all live in harmony. Along these lines, we have just signed a contract with Room Monitor, an innovative company that produces hardware to monitor decibel levels within apartments. The objective is to guarantee that noise levels always remain within an acceptable range in the apartments that we manage. Guests that stay in our tourism apartments in Barcelona and listen to music too loudly at night receive a warning that they must turn it down and, in extreme cases, receive a visit in situ from the company’s monitoring team. The end result is a happy coexistence with neighbours and the avoidance of fines for excess noise.
